How do I get to Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre?

Which Gate do I use for entry?
Both visitors and exhibitors can enter and exit the venue through these gates -
Arrive through Gate F – For SatNav directions use postcode GU14 6TQ.
Exit through Gate A – For SatNav directions use postcode GU14 6XE (Transport Road).
Please note that there is no access for visitors/contractors via Gate D.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is free parking on site.
Is there a speed limit on site?
Yes, there is a 10mph speed limit in place throughout the road network.
Is there disabled parking at the venue?
Yes, please ensure you display your blue badge once on site and you will be directed to the relevant area.
Is the venue accessible for wheelchairs?
Yes, the Hall 1 entrance foyers provide wheelchair-friendly access and we have lifts at both to access the First Floor. There are disabled toilets throughout the facility.
Is there a café/restaurant at the venue?
There is not a permanent café/restaurant at the venue, though catering options will be available during the event hours.
Do you have electric car charging points on site?
No, so please come prepared in advance if you are driving an electric car.
Do you have a cash machine on site?
No. Although our catering units are equipped to take card payments, we recommend you come to site prepared if you wish to make cash purchases.
Is there a prayer room?
Please ask on arrival and we will be able to advise which room is being utilised as a prayer room.
Do you have WiFi?
Hall 1 has free café style WiFi which is suitable for browsing the internet and checking emails. This WiFi is not suitable for exhibitors or organisers to rely on for show critical elements. Additional requirements can be discussed with an event manager, or a 1-day WiFi pass can be purchased via the splash page when connecting to the _Farnborough network.
Do you have a cloakroom at the venue?
Yes, please ask on arrival.
Can I bring my pet to the venue?
No, animals are not permitted on site at Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre with the exception of assistance dogs.
Do you have a Smoking policy?
There will be dedicated smoking areas for the event as there is a no smoking policy throughout the venue. E-cigarettes and vaping are included in this.
What happens if I require medical assistance?
The venue always has trained first aid staff available in the event of an accident or incident. Ask the nearest member of Farnborough International staff or a member of Security for immediate assistance.
What's the procedure in the event of a fire emergency?
In the event of a fire emergency a siren alarm will sound and will be accompanied by a loud speaker announcement stating that fire evacuation is in process and everyone must leave the building. Fire exits are clearly marked and there are adequate fire marshals on site to ensure everyone leaves the building safely and indicates the location of the fire assembly points. Please do not attempt to leave site during an emergency evacuation as this may hinder emergency services gaining access to site. The venue has 5 refuge points on the first floor equipped with evacuation chairs. There are trained staff to assist those with impaired mobility and ensure they leave the building safely. Never attempt to re-enter the building until the ‘All Clear’ has been given.
How do I find a lost item during an event?
If you lose an item during at event, please speak to a member of Farnborough International staff on site for assistance and provide details of the item and your contact information.
How do I find a lost item post-event?
If you have lost an item at an event, please contact us within three months of the event date, provide the following details and we will do our best to get your item back to you.
- Estimated location of lost item
- Estimated date and time lost
- Name & contact information
Can I leave my car on site overnight?
There is free onsite parking, including overnight parking for evening events, however the site opening times vary so please ensure you discuss a suitable time to collect your car with the venue team.
Visa application support
Do you offer visa application support?
Any exhibitors or visitors requiring a visa application letter to enable them access into the UK can do so via firstname.lastname@example.org after registering to attend the show. Space-Comm Expo will then provide a letter stating that the person has registered to attend the show. This does not guarantee their visa will be granted.
